Associate Wanted. Not Your Typical Firm.

Ideally you will be a 2-3 year call and have an interest in continuing to build either a solicitor or litigation practice.

For a 2-3 year call our base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with an extremely generous bonus structure. Our minimum billable hour target is 1200 and our maximum is 1500. For this position, a 2-3 year call who collects 1500 hours in a year will receive total compensation of a minimum of $174,300 to a maximum of $204,300, depending on your hourly rate.

As long as you live within comfortable commuting distance of the office and can come in when needed, we offer a pretty flexible work environment that allows for a mixture of an in-office and work from home to fit your working style. Some associates choose to work in office every day, others spend more time working at home.
