As you may know, the insurance rules have changed in British Columbia when it comes to personal injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents.  The new legislation bars lawsuits for injuries suffered in car accidents in BC, even if you are injured in a motor vehicle accident as a cyclist or a pedestrian. As a result of this change, we are no longer able to assist in most Motor Vehicle Claims where your accident occurred after May 1, 2021.  The only possibility of lawyers being involved in claims is where there was a mechanical failure that caused the accident, or where someone’s criminal action caused the accident.  If this is the case, you should seek legal advice.

We do, however, continue to assist people who have been injured due to the wrongdoing of others, outside of ICBC claims.  Injuries can occur in unexpected ways, and we are happy to discuss the circumstances of your case if you have been injured and someone else is at fault for your injury.
